Understanding the nervous system: the key to stress management and resilience

This training module is designed to understand how our nervous system works on a practical level, and how it impacts non only our wellbeing but also how we see the world and connect/communicate with people.

Through interactive exercises and discussions, participants will understand how external and internal stimuli affects our nervous system, what leads to a lack of balance with possible mental and physiological consequences and practical tips to enhance our awareness and choices that lead to our vitality and life in general.
