Effective relationships

"The only favourable wind is for those who know where they're going."

Effective relationships, why it improves communication

It’s estimated that about 80% of the workday is spent communicating, be it verbal or written.

Yet employees rarely get training on how to manage those interactions well and as a result, conversations end up being a question of luck, personality and relationships.

When they go wrong, a lot of time and energy is wasted as people repeatedly replay those conversations in their head trying to regain a sense of control and safety. Over time this can create mental and emotional overwhelm along with high levels of stress and tension in the body.

Conversations are central to how we live and work, and it’s crucial we invest time in learning how to manage them well. See below what we offer.
