Work-Life Balance

“Balance is not something you find, it’s something you create.” –Jana Kingsford

Why is work-life balance so important ? How to maintain it in the long-run ?

During the vitality@work programme, and in any training, we learn new habits that would be great to implement. However, we all know that maintaining these habits in the long-run is tricky. Especially when, right after the training, the next crisis arises. It is the moment when we directly come back to our old ways-of-working.

To ensure that your new vital decisions do not fall right away into oblivion, we designed a specific workshop to help participants anchor your new learnings into your unique every-day life.

Work-life balance training

The training aims at helping participants have clarity on their life priorities and give them concrete tools to move towards their personal vision. They will have mapped out a realistic planning of their next week’s tasks, (for their whole life), that will not only help them get more of the right work done but live more of a complete and fulfilling life in the process.
